This dude probably claimed the code and thinking he can run away with it!

He didn't.
Our deal was one card ($50) then his payment
then second card ($50) then his payment.
Second card wasn't claimed by him and he proved it, It's insane to demand him to pay for it.

I consider the trade over and I would give him a positive rating.
Our deal was 2x $50 cards, sh*t hit the fan and only one was delivered.
I don't mind it if he doesn't.
