Duplicate Session

can anyone tell me what this means, and when my friends join they get to server list click confirm then get a Rappelz error message in chinese

they can get to server list click confirm then a little box pops up closing the game, then on the Auth App: message has Duplicate sessions
or Player such-such is on Auth

The ver is 8.1 Alcurad Server files, , i had to change the Auth DB cause his would let the Hash pw's go through they get to login and it kept saying inccorect login and user

I am going to move this to the proper forum.

I will add though, have you tried glandu2's auth emulator it is way more advanced than the developers auth app and once you get through set up it may actually solve your issue.
