How to fix this?

Hey guys i get this error in the console and im not sure how to fix it cause this is my first time using this source so yeah if you can help me out thanks

Korvacs i waited a few minutes and it still didnt work

The problem is that the connection your trying to open is already open, or somethign else is trying to use that particular port, so you cannot make an active connection on that port.

Simply: Your Port 9958 is in use try to reboot maybe a process got not closed correctly

Im using hamachi could that be the problem?

My problem still isnt fixed i even restarted my computer and tryed what Korvacs said nothing
