Edit item texture

Hi guys, i try edit some texture with nosPack.
I edit with success 1, 6 and 100 in NS4BbData.NOS .
I try edit some items in NSipData.NOS but size compressed is bigger and in the game i see a trasparent texture.
Do you know how edit items texture ?

There's is a compiled release of it there too. It's a bit outdated, but for NSipData it will do just fine.

I know it, I'm not able to compile it with qt5.5

can u tell me shorly how u do Edit it ? i mean i can export these things but idk how to import it back again ... should i replace ? or idk..

Donwload Onex and open .Nos file, then select the item and replace it with a png file (same size or game tilt). Save .NOS file and test in game :)


How can i edit NSppData00.NOS ?? Opex crushes, NosUnpack exports all sprites and NosPack can replace only first sprite (with the size compression problem).

NSppData00.NOS contains sprites for example weapons and costume

Tell me if you have problems / bugs

Some time ago (about 2 years ago) I also was trying to make NosTale "cooler".
First I had to use NosUnpack to look into NOS files: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
Then I use NosPack to repack chosen spirites: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
Next I use NiImage to edit spirites: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
Finally I had to pack edited spirites back into nos file by NosPack.

I found old screenshots (I can't post images so I attached them). There are custom player icon and exploding mandrake?(I don't know english name) with blood. I also changed first mob into poo, but I lost files and videos :/
