Help me to choose a website please...

i see a lot of members recommend CMS
but i see a lot of owners using Falcon website files & Zend Websites u know...

the thing i can setup both but, do i really need CMS ?!

i just need it simple
5 tabs maybe, home/download/register/login/donate

and i see so many members saying "CMS is good for ur safety" does that means i can be hacked through the Zend Websites ? or what did they mean, why they said that...

i will appreciate all your replays, thanks in advance.

all websites are mostly the same .. use whatever looks easy and managable for you ..
CMS is great to work with .. and codded right ..
