Billing Server Is Dead

ofc all of you entered now because they think it's super easy problem and would say it's iis miss-configuration, But sadly to tell the Shardmanager opens for a long time "means the iis config is correct" but then in a random time maybe 3 hours maybe 3 days or even 3 weeks not specific time the Shardmanager close and the last message in the log is Billing Server Is Dead so any clue ?

the shardmanager is always interacting with the billing manager periodically, if it cannot reach it, its not available, if you say it works on startup then your billing server is unstable.

Use 127.0.0.1 to connect to billing server, back in 2012 the HETZNER's routers were unstable and the same thing were happening. Connecting to billing locally must solve it if the problem is network related.

i'm using Mini Billing Server and shard crashes when i change the ip to local

Use another VPS, i solved this way.
