You can use any ftp server. People I know mostly use FileZilla.

The mini billing server was used by some admins I know, and it resulted in many bugs related to undelivered silks and non-updating values after purchases.
Use it for personal purposes, but if you wanna open a server go for the default billing or it will be hell for you.

thanks for the extra info but the problem with the normal billing is that after random time the shardmanager crashs and when i look in logs the last thins is Billing Server Is DeadQuote:

ofc i setup it in a correct way and i don't know if it's related to some kind of attack or not but that's what happens, that's why i want to try another thing maybe it works "till now 3 days no crash"
