LAUNCHER NO START BUTTON?

In my own pc i have mount my vsro server, and all is working fine but when i execute launcher it doesnt appears START BUTTON, how can i fix it?

CONSIDER THIS:

1-I have mounted my own sro server 2 months ago and all worked fine.
2-Then when i finished all features i uploaded to VPS
3-Sometimes i could not enter to game and i thought it was becouse my pc was configured with its own ports and things... so i deleted some things in folders and in manager task, then i was able to enter to the game.
4-My VPS server died and i wanted to start again in my own pc.
5-I had to fix everything that i deleted and finally i achieved open all modules and turn on my server again (in my pc)
6-So when i opened the launcher it said "Server is undergoing inspection or updates..."
7-I ve tried set my ip with IP-INPUT but it didnt work
8-I ve tried replacing an old mediapk with IP-INPUT again and IT WORKED!
9-I achieved enter to game with LAUNCHER! not EDXLOADER, idk why but thats how it went.
10-But as i said, it was an old mediapk, and i needed my current mediapk.
11-So i replaced the old mediapk with my current mediapk and changed PORTS in IP-INPUT to "8080"
12- Finally launcher opened without inspection message, but IT DOESNT APPEARS START BUTTON :( ,
13-I ve tried to open with EDXLOADER through sro_client.exe but in task manager it stops in 240.000 kb and game doesnt appears.
14-I ve tried changing to "correct versions" over and over, but it still doesnt works.
15-I ve tried changing ports to the ports that server.cfg shows inside, but doesnt work.
16-Antivirus disabled.
17-SMC folder checked.
18-ini folder checked.
19-DEP: added all these programs to it could work.
20-Exported DIVISION INFO.txt and PORTGATE.txt from mediapk and all values are corrects.

ANY SOLUTION?

1. Make sure the IP within server.cfg and ini files is the same as in your media pk2. If you have troubles using 127.0.0.1 use the local IP adress of your (enabled) ethernet connection.
2. Make sure port settings in server.cfg, ServiceManager.cfg (SMC folder), ini files and media pk2 are right.
3. Make sure that the server itself is running right, loading all modules and beeing able to initialize in SMC (then it is not on the serverside...)
4. Make sure to launch your client folder with EDX to some random public server, just to check your connection. It should load to the login screen atleast...

Sometimes it will be troublesome to launch the client while using the standard set of sro pots. Try to use different port for your global manager...

If you cannot see anything using silkroad.exe and a edx loaded client does stop loading, most likely you are not able to establish any connection.

You can also share your pk2, ini and cfg information here to search for issues. You can also copy the type/gateport from any other client and use IPInput to change it, just to make sure both files are formatted correctly. You can also use a client from a public server and try to redirect it's IP to your own server...

There is a lot of options to try out.
