Is there a way to shirnk the screen and make it wider, like you used shift screen left,right,up & down all the time? Could it be made?

uhh use a different full screen/window resolution thats smaller than ur desktop resolution. (like ur desktop is 800x600 and u choose 1024x768 for the game) I still doubt it will work lol.
