How to remove remove/not be seen gold drops in the floor?

Hi, I have an old computer and I just want to know if I can remove the gold drops on the floor to increase my fps more? I already used the effects remover. Thanks!

You could use a packet logger and drop packets for gold drops. Unfortunately, I don't think a tool like that exists right now. You could try removing the texture, but I'm not sure if that'd help or make it worse. Optionally, if this is a private server you're playing on, you can ask the server owner to program a server command for toggling floor drop visibility.

Removing the texture should help but only if TQ implemented their rendering properly. Ex. not attempt to render textures that are just not there. If they did it wrong it would just render transparent for the whole texture BUT I doubt they did it wrong and it will most likely just skip rendering if the texture isn't there since I don't think TQ uses default textures.

I'd assume missing files would net you at least a 1 day ban? I mean in their place I would make it so.
