Run the GH x86 Injector if your pc by 32 Bit Injector as administrator

(If your windows is 64 bits, then run the GH Injector x64)

Check the IDMShellExt.dll box on the injector as in the image below

Check the "Closed After Inject" box and check the box "AUTO"
Click on "ADD FILE"
Selects the IDMShellExt.dll DLL
Open CrossFire AL / NA / ES
INSERT OPEN AND DATE MENU
