Pretty sure this is a trojan horse spam virus. If you download it, it just downloads a loader which, when done downloading something from it, will just redirect your web browser to his site multiple times. The reason he makes these posts with no instructions and does it so often is because there is no hack included. It's just a malware spam bot.

I'm sure that you, besides being a dumb American, are embarrassing on the internet, research before you speak, because the loader is mine and it's 100% virus free, you download it if you want
