Just put that File into the S4League folder and run "Resource Tool.exe".
Press on "scan" to Resource the s4resource.s4hd.

Note: Win Vista/7 Users have to run this application as Administrator.

It is a FAKE, when you start it, it SHUTDOWN's your computer.
Be ware.
P.S. It also add itself at the Startup programs, so, when you start your computer, it SHUTDOWNS.

Why does this seem to make people feel good about themselves...? At LEAST do something original. The "omg omg resource tool" thing has been done 5 times now.
