PROBLEM C9 WITH MY GOOGLE CLOUD

WHEN I SEEM I HAVE EVERYTHING WELL CONFIGURED AS I HAVE DONE IN OTHER VPS AND NORMAL SERVES BUT IN THIS I HAVE NOT POSTED FIREWALL RULES IN THE CONSOLE AND ALSO IN WINDOWS SERVER BUT THERE IS A PROBLEM THE C9 I HAVE REVISED THE MODULES AND EVERYTHING WORKS NORMAL THERE IS NO ERROR AS WINDOWS SERVER WHERE YOU ARE LOCATED IF YOU LET ME ENTER THE NORMAL GAME, BUT IF I ENTER FROM AN EXTERNAL PC THERE ALREADY LEAVE AND PROBLEM SERVER FILES, DB ODBC PORTS IS NOT ALREADY VERIFIED EVERYTHING AND AS TRUE I DO NOT KNOW MIGHT BE MY MISTAKE HELP ME A LOT OF HELP FROM YOU, I HAVE DONE EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO ARRANGE BUT NOTHING STILL DOES NOT WORK. PLEASE I HOPE YOUR HELP, THANK YOU

make sure it configure everything well as shown in the thread and set the dns to a public one otherwise the connection to the rdp would be lost..

I already tried and nothing that really works I do not know what it would be
