show us whats in ur SpecItem.inc (propItem.txt) file about this particular weapon.
maybe u got some wrong defines for the DW_PARTS
and did you make sure your job class of the character is Blade?
i had this issue too when modifying Equipment parts in the SpecItem.inc file and also when i was playing around with jobclasses ingame.
