Implement say packet for npc...but as you don’t even understand how to implement the easiest packet of nostale I don’t think you will understand this...

Just for let u understand what lucifer means... Instead of asking "How to add" try to ask "How the say works?". There are so much users will answer to you with the explanation of the packet.

If you want for real learn the Dev works, you have to do the right questions ;)
