ERROR C9 HELP ME

Does anyone know about this? :( when you enter and create a character and then exit and re-enter you will not let me enter that account, from the vps if you let me enter normal but on my pc it does not help

Check your ini folder, and db connect.. also check if there is a filter IP/PC limits or problems..

Friend and tried everything and I could not find the fault, I would like to help me on TV If possible

I have changed everything already and then what I see that the problem is not server files, it must be something in the db or some port ahh, that complicated
