[HELP] Character speed up, no scroll

Dear Epvpers.

For some reason the walking speed of my characters in my VSRO server are all slower than it should be. How can i increase the walking speed of all characters within my server? Without using a scroll or buff.

So i mean the normal walking speed, how to increase?

Increasing the speed is at _RefObjCommon. Columns: Speed1, Speed2

I wonder how you didn't find that out, this is probably the clearest column name in the whole table.

#HB but that is for item speed only?
I allready made a scroll 600% thats not hard.
But i can't figure out how my normal character speed is increased.
Can I find that in _RefObjCommon aswell?
Any tips on what the Codename128 is?
