double attack on own client

okay ya know when ur archer is attacking a mob with regular attack and the mobs health goes down fast and when the healthbar SAYS theres no health left then the healthbar dissappears is there anyway to get rid of this thing on your own client? this annnoys the crap outta me! or am i the only one who notices! well tell me if you guys see the same thing...btw it doesent do this with scatter

the weird is, that it only happens when shooting single arrows, not scatter :S

funny thing is i was just gonna post about this see if anyone has a fix lol i hate killing met doves and having noobs try to ks and not knowing when to irf to ensure the kill :P easier then getting pk points lol or going red when 3 noob waters with thier oh soo mean silver guards come up teamed trying to ks :P i just laugh at them and make sure i get the kill but sometimes just hard to guage the time to irf to ensure it. i didnt see anything in the monster.dat when i was pokin around in it tho. maybe theres some other fix.

yes i am happy that somebody actualy responded to this....because it is a really annoying problem for me.

jump off screen and come back, then its fixed idk if a perm fix is possible client side

sorry to bring up my old thread but this needs to be fixed.... and about what pappawolfie said, this is for all the monsters, not just for metdove but yeah i know what you mean. I dont know how this happens....or even why it happens, can anybody help us come up with a fix

yea i would like to get this fixed for good too... pretty annoying thing.. MAYBE its cuz archers shots too fast i dunno.. life bar drops to zero and mob still alive, and if the mob has lots of life u see the life bar empty and keep hiting long time.. and WTH this thing wont die.. it really need a fix :)

you can figure it out, you know what files do what.....you found the arrow thing......

its because the health bar goes on the dmg that is shown on the screen but the actual damage done is about half that because the graphics are faster than actual archer damage speed u ever noticed how sometimes, more often on qonquer, that u do a double dmg hit like the amount of dmg u did shows up 2 times at same time? well thats sorta like an archer ur nto really doing that dmg that fast so the hp bar goes down according to that but the server side hp knows how much each shot is actually doing i dont know how to fix it but i thought id give u some insight on how that works

Kinda of what alatedseraph is saying is true, You actually hit faster with ND/FISH. If you hit a monster alot with regular shot you can see that you use 1 arrow every once in awhile...
that 1 arrow thats wasting is the only arrow thats hitting, the other ones are the CO glitch, a bad one that affects anyone. The best thing i think is to do is go complain to TQ and make them fix it so it patches to everyone around the whole world. Because we are supposed to hit the amount that goes above the monsters head since we have 200 frequency and that is server side..
