It's quite simple, Open up cheat engine and attach it to your ps_game.Quote:

Then once you open it, search for your current skill points on your character.
Then: change them with a gm toon and search for the new number. Do this until you find the correct address containing your characters skill points. Once you have that, double click on it and add it to the address list.
Then, click on it and press f5 to find out what is reading the skill points. Kill some mobs to level up your character and then you should see something like this:
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
There we have it, this is what is adding our skill points to our character.
Now you can make a auto assemble script and change the number to any number you like.
Keep in mind there are different addresses for different modes and also for resetting skill points.
I didn't want to go into too much detail with this, but I hope you understand what you need to do.
