[Help] Please i need help on my server

Hello, my friend has created a new shaiya private server, everything seems to be working fine but then everytime when he tries to log in, he gets an error that says: " Client version doesn't match! "

Anyone have an idea to fix this please?

u need to enter the command /nprotectoff and /vchkoff at ur server

with wihich TuT have you made your server?
ZeroSignals?Danco1911?or the EP4 server?
