By OBJ i mean , like export jangan town and all of its objects etc. I know there a way to export a weapon and shields and etc.

Reason why :

Ive been working on an mmorpg server/client system for past good 2 years. As a hobby of course. And i would like to actually give my client some looks and style and would prefer it to be SRO like.

I would like gladly show you guys and even let some of you come in and test with me, but first i want some "LOOKS" and id rather it be silkroad. So any way to actually export that jangan city? I rather not 3d model it lol

Yeah since most of file formats are already shared, you could easily get whatever of models that you need

You can extract buildings the same way you are going to extract weapons and and so.
Download the BMS Model Converter from [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] and you will be able to convert the bms files from your Data.pk2 to Obj and import it into Blender.

Altho true , that software fails to properly export every building. Some just come out not looking like a building lol
