These sections basically are a rating system for how trustworthy this trader is.

You will also find a Join Date on the user profile which lets you know if this might be a recently created account which a scammer might use to scam once and throw away.

Posts are also important as it shows you how active a user is.

Received thanks usually indicates if a user has posted useful content or is really liked by the forum they participate in.
