I like the idea (I wasn’t able to test it up to now), and I’ve often had a similar idea for a project, but you should think about the legality of what you are doing. Im not a lawyer, not any kind of expert on that field, but since [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] European Court of Justice sentence i World think that allowing übers to search 1337x and streaming directly from the torrent could fall under the paragraph:

Which would make such a functionality illegal in the whole of the EU. Of course it’s about a product that is sold, and doesn’t apply directly, but I wouldn’t take the Risk to Upload this to my personal GitHub account.

Maybe move this functionality to some external plugin you could upload somewhere anonymous

I think torrent scraping alone shouldn’t be a problem, but in combination with the media player functionality I would be Vera cautious
