database without sox drop

I'm editing a database, I noticed that it does not have the drop of sox items, normal items drop is working, problem is only with sox items.

some way of fix or putting it in a practical way?

you can setup the sox droprate in the table [dbo].[_RefDropClassSel_RareEquip]
