1.9 isnt out right now ;)

ah okay i didnt think the game was out but i got WoW4869Patcher.exe which installs an exe that says its 1.9.0 and can connect to some one elses server yet when i connect to my server running raidens repack m4.0 its twitchy at best.
what combo of client and server is most stable now?
