Problem with gameserver.exe guild penalty!

this is my guild penalty codes in gameserver.exe, and as u see its 3 days "3F480"
but in the gameplay, i can reset that if i teleport or relog

so how can i fix that ? to make that 3 days working...
maybe there's another offset should be 3F480, idk
maybe i have missing producer in my database!, idk..
