third full shield?

so i fought players,
i shot all the shield on full speed config
and all the shield on offensive config.
and then somehow he got another full shield on full speed conf ?
how and from where? is it the backup shields from tech center(how much shield it gives)

Backup shields gives like 75 k shield, but backup shields 2, that one from the last event gives 450 k. But iam not sure...
