[Request] Hide CS

Hey so I'm trying to figure out how to hide CS sets, I've seen many pservers that have a little button by the fashion to hide it... Any ideas?

This is what I've got:
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

This is what I want:

im sure its available in some released source, u can leech it from one of them

It is actually released on most pservers but their version tend to bug out or have some render issues.

A completely fixed Hide CS is not released afaik.
