can someone send me a link on to delete/and place npcs and save guilds

basically I just need to know how to delete npc's and place new ones, and it would also be very helpful if you could send me a link on how to save guilds :)

from NPCs.txt, and if you want edit NPCs dialog , you can do that from visual basic 2010 C# beta 2
