i think you should take a tutorial on doing this, any generic gears that dont show are not hard at all, quite easy infact.

If you are talking about for 5165 then its pretty much impossible to make new texture items because of something called dbc files.

looool that itens are in pserver 5095 you only need installe the patch in the client and put in item.txt on source is than....

i see that itens in server 5095... loool

As in 135 weapons and whatnot?

Copying items are fine but adding new weapons you need to be able to play around with as Arco. stated the DBC files. No idea about actually adding new items such as armours and rings etc
