Negetive rep dispute.

I want to remove this rep , that came to me awhile back from some scumbag , can any mod help me ?

To remove the negative rating you need to be premium or elite*gold trader, otherwise you should discuss the problem with your tradepartner first to solve it and then you can open a topic in the [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...].
With premium or elite*gold trader badge you can open a ticket in this section [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

Ist nicht ganz korrekt. Siehe hier:

Gegen eine kleine Verspätungsgebühr und mit eins der oben genannten Badges, wird es ihm möglich und erlaubt sein, ein Support-Ticket zu erstellen.

Zudem scheint sein Tradepartner nicht ganz so inaktiv zu sein. Evtl. könnte es ja noch zu einer Einigung kommen.
