apex legends doesn't launch

apex legends doesn't launch
My computer stops strong and runs anything I click on the play that loads the anti chat and finishes and it does not go into the game and returns me to the launcher of origin
I never play the game in my pc
All is updated widows/game/drivers
I dont have anti virus
I try all in youtube dont work..
