He He i did increase server Rate
EXP : 20x | Drop : 20x | Khina : 25x
Groupe and Quest Exp are on Test (actually between 7-15x will work on it )
Server based on the new Rev 1110

You should make the rates higher since there are other servers out there with a lot higher exp and people would rather play there. Unless this server uses retail like exp?

PS: Only getting x25 EXP @ lv 20, each level its going less and less multiply.
EXP Is only about 15 when ur 30+
Abyss points are capped at 40 per kill
there is absolute no one playing the server
many mobs missing and abyss not working.
