Aion Questions on Developing

Hey,
I was just wondering how i can when i (as example) have my own server how do i can change droprates, implement npcs, and just programming in Aion could anyone help me out if there are tutos/books/ebooks whatever where i can learn that? Thankfullfor every answer

Drop rates can be changed from database if i still remember that correctly
you'll need to execute a command to change all drop rate for mobs.
