Gateway take long time on VPS

Hello Guys
please help

i order new vps
16g ram cpu i7 8 core

everything working fine
but gateway take long time to load then open normaly
but at my old vps was loading fast and at my home pc too loading fast
why its there like this :o

Edit :

i Found Fix
Enable TCP/IP from SQL SERVER Config
and disable others

I think only in windows 2016 that happen
