Have you tried CodeZero? I know its not technically a high rate server, but it offers you the ability to upgrade your gear just from your progress of farming material compared to pure RNG drop. There is the current coupon event that does boost you quite high, but its only mithril grade where you would still need to upgrade to Drei and Arch later. Just a suggestion good luck on your search.
