All class rb at lvl 110

impossible to do unless you wanna risk hacking into their database =/

i do believe reborning with the tortuise gem method allows you to reborn at any level. i could be wrong, so correct me if i'm at error.

What do you mean. Mind elaborating on that?

go to where the reborn npc is in the skypass. talk to him, he mentioned something about reborning with a tortuise gem. i'm not entirely sure if that's 100% correct though.

take a hop over to the skypass and find the guy for yourself. we've already established that waters reborn below 120.

Right, I know Waters can, as I said. I was in skypass just 2 days ago, I don't remember exactly what that NPC says (yes, I did talk to that one too), but I believe it was only that you can either RB and get a gem or get blessing. I will look into it though and see. I don't think you're right though. I keep track of news on the site and I didn't see anything about anyone but Waters RBing before 120.

By the way:

you just stated that waters rb before 120, and yes, they do. second off, i figured i'd mention the rb npc in skypass, due to he DID say something about a blessed reborn. i'm a warrior under the lvl of 120, ane he offered to reborn me using a tortuise gem.

The NPC just asks you if you want to go for normal reb or blessed reb. Nothing to do with a tortoise gem and nothing have changed, only waters can reb at 110...

+ you can't select a sup tortoise as the reborn super gem
+ you don't need a tortoise to make a celestial stone and get reborn.
