Account shutdown hack?

Hey, its been a couple years since I used any type of hack but back then I remember a friend of mine used to say he had a hack where he could shut down other players characters/accounts via message spam? I don't know how much of this is accurate but does this exist?

Hackrequests are not allowed.

But the m2bob ([Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]) got a spam bot. maybe you can try this.
