GM Cheat: LOADMONSTER is not working!!! :(

I tried to use cheat "LOADMONSTER" on the GM Command to call some uniques like Medusa, Roc, IsIs, Eris,... After I entered it, I received the message "Cheat key success !!", however, I didn't receive any notification on the screen that "[Uniques name] has appeared in [Address]", and the uniques that I called by GM Command only glimpse and disappeared soon after! :confused:
Please help me fix this error! :(

all maps are on same gs ? thats maybe your issue.

where did u spawned?
u may be on safe zone !

No! I didn't call in the safe area! I try to call in many different places outside the safe area but all have the same result that DOESN'T appear! For example, I tried to call the white snake at the prairie map, the tomb of Qin Shihuang (all floors),... It was only glimpse and disappeared soon after! :(

That's right, I tried to call on almost the entire map but it didn't work! Not only that, I discovered one more thing: The nearby mobs born automatically (without the GM Command) have a similar situation! :confused:

that means someone used a query to lower the mobs spawn rate !!
if u use a db wich is released

I'm not sure! I don't know how to check if that was used before! But do you have any query / ways to restore it back to normal? :(
