You have a series of errors there.
The first one is where you have stream of data, being read from a file, and your code tried to read past the end of that stream.
A basic example would be you have an array with 100 entries and you tried to read 150 entries from it.
The second error is that a hashtable is being told to add 2 items with a unique value of 0, which obviously isnt unique, this is probably because of the first error.
I dont know much about the way the 5165 source handles its database, but from what ive seen other people do i would suggest you delete the character.
