Error 5464-6

Hello? What might be the problem if we experienced 5464-6 but not on all characters? Only for some people? First time we experienced this on hero 2. The money table became -2. Now on hero 3 but we checked the database its all fine. But when we up the item mall, some of the players who experienced 5464 bought some items in item mall. Any ideas? Thank you.

To be fair you can fix that so easily as right click and press 1 button = fixed.
