Decrease specialist transformation time?

Hi community , how can i decrease the sp use Time (30s)?.

Its in more .cs and its not even only SpCooldown = 1 ^^

If you dont know, if your skills are on cooldown it summs time (takes longer..)

This is the Cooldown when u Take out the sp but not the cooldown to Transform to sp..
