SMC problem please please help :(

can any one help me pleas every time i open the SMC i get this error

[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

and am using the gm [sec_primary] ,[sec_content] and i made sure that these

numbers are correct from table _SecurityDescriptionGroup and my IP in the _PrivilegedIP

however every thing is working well :( [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

what should i do pleaase!

Create the Gm account with the Evatools editor
And if you have your ip well configured in PrivilegedIP
you will connect correctly
