[Ask] - Seafight Canon Reload Time

Hey everyone, is there any one that knows why some players reload faster, shoot harder and receive less damage than normal players ?

I saw this player last night whit a 3.09 reload time and 135.000 damage, Critical damage was around 160.000 and i'm shoot him 60.000 whit 401 Doomhammer lvl 4.

Painbringers level2 with dooms level 5.. thats new meta rt

And also he is on hourglass xDD
