Fortnite

My Fortnite recently wouldn't open, so I deleted it, I tried reinstalling it, but it keeps telling me to shut down epic games launcher cause it's currently running. and I can't permanently delete it because it still says my epic games launcher is running!

Well i think you should reset or format your pc let all files be deleted because your pc is hacked I think so, because if you aren't running the [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] launcher that means the hacker have excess to your pc, I think so, there would also have some other problems too I don't know properly but I think so.
