How to fix Act4?

Good morning,
I would like to know how to fix x act 4 ... When a player leaves the game, at 90% when he reloads he finds himself with a black screen. Tips? Ideas?

Copy the world folder and the copie world folder rename Act4 and change the port of 5001

Yes bro ... act 4 is on ... the problem arises that if you move on to act 4 then you remain black screen.
