[OpenNos] Database connection error

Well I kinda forgot the discord server name from lucifer's discord....
My Problem is :

[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

Pretty much saying "System couldnt find the following file" also "can't connect to localhost" either I forgot to install something or I fucked up at the tutorial from opennos :/

SQL Srv 2017 dort hast du definitiv was falsch gemacht.

Das problem hatte ich auch heute lmao weil ich iwie von Taskmanager Sql server beendet habe ? habs durch Dienste wieder Ausgeführt und es ging .. vllt hilft es dir ja ?
