Proplem BlaXpirit hack eny can help ???

i have proplem to Twelve Sky 2 Trainer by BlaXpirit v2.5 and v3.0 i fall down in land in map after 4 portall i fall downwen wen i go in up the hill.
all time i m in map and i need tele home its sucks how it fix?
