is that the only way i can show the angel create system cuz im changing the npc key and it doesnt show the system

Changing the npc key like MAFL_BUFFERVER12 or whatever the pang is to the proper npc key should make it work and appear.
Another alternative is you can debug the client with CE and find where the CWndWorld calls are for the menu items, find the id for something and change it to the right mmi id.
